Freelance
Drama setter Kim is an independent project manager working on projects in design, culture and arts for organizations and companies. Clients and their projects benefit from her skills, network, experience in the field and from her vision as a freelancer operating outside their organization in order to have a bird’s eye view on what every individual project needs. As a freelancer Kim has the freedom and advantage to get inspired by and gaining experience from her different assignments.
Projects
Drama likes to work project driven. No matter if a project takes one day or three years, we feel a delineated time span keeps us fresh and on the edge of our seat. We love a head start and a perfect end and everything in between.
No project, product, event, … is the same, nor is the audience or message and therefor nor is our approach. There’s no one-fits-all formula. Drama figures out which language is right for which audience and gets to work.
Events
We, meaning Kim and a freelance team if needed, organise your event from concept to clean-up or give you the needed support on a part of your event. We don’t care if it’s a conference, (dinner) party, fair, pop-up shop, workshop, seminar, … We can be fun, we can be serious, we like it intimate, we like it big ass, … As long as your event is about passion, you can count us in.
Culture
Cultural and society-related projects often involve several parties and sensitivities. Drama is the objective party that has only one interest: to put down a strong project that makes all parties involved feeling good and proud.
Design
We love to work in the broad area of design: objects, fashion, architecture, art, craftsmanship and all things related. If you’ve put you back, blood, sweat and tears into your project, so will we.

For the past 10 years Drama initiated own concepts as well as concepts and projects for companies, city administrations, organizations, designers, … to communicate and translate needs into events, communication actions, stylings, temporary shops,…
Founder Kim Vandeloo’s energy peaks when discovering good design, great esthetics and refreshing views on the world and being able to lift these with complementary skills. Kim is an organizational and communicative powerhouse who likes to work behind the scenes to make things happen and shine, alone or together with a strong team of freelancers if that’s what a project needs.
Creativity is of paramount importance in all Drama projects.
