TransFormMaker

TransFormMaker is a co-creation trajectory in the Genk–Hasselt region, running from May 2026 to February 2028. It pairs young designers with manufacturing companies that each bring a concrete design challenge. That could be giving residual materials a new life, or exploring what their production facilities can do beyond their usual output. Experienced designer-coaches guide the duos along the way.

I coordinate the trajectory, both organisationally and in terms of content. I am also the link between everyone involved: designers, companies, the steering group, partners and the freelancers who document the journey. That documentation is documentary-style and follows the trajectory step by step through the website, Instagram and press.
